This short prayer is prayed each day from November 30, the Feast of St. Andrew, to December 25, Christmas Day. Traditionally, this prayer is recited 15 times each day. Take a few minutes to unplug from the business of daily life, and meditate in a quiet place by listening to this track. Let us pray:

Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold. In that hour vouchsafe, I beseech Thee, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires,
(Mention your personal intentions here)
through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and of His blessed Mother.
Amen.
